Hizmetin Kapsamı
Never Miss, ücretsiz erişilebilen topluluk işletmesi CS2 oyun sunucuları sağlar. Bu bir fan/topluluk hizmetidir; Valve Corporation ile bağlantılı değildir. Counter-Strike 2, Valve Corporation'ın ticari markasıdır.
Kullanım Kuralları
Sunucularımızı kullanarak sunucu kurallarını kabul etmiş olursunuz. Hile, taciz, reklam ve exploit kullanımı kalıcı ban ile sonuçlanabilir. Yönetim, sunucu düzenini korumak için erişimi kısıtlama hakkını saklı tutar; ban itirazları Discord'daki "ban-itiraz" kanalından yapılır ve 48 saat içinde değerlendirilir.
VIP Paketleri ve İadeler
- VIP paketleri, sunucu masraflarını desteklemek içindir ve yalnızca kozmetik ve konfor ayrıcalıkları sağlar; rekabet avantajı vermez.
- VIP, ödeme sonrası Steam hesabınıza tanımlanır ve aylık abonelik süresince geçerlidir.
- Teknik bir sorun nedeniyle VIP tanımlanamazsa, Discord destek kanalından bize ulaşın — sorunu çözer veya ücret iadesi yaparız.
- Kural ihlali nedeniyle banlanan hesapların kalan VIP süresi iade edilmez.
Sorumluluk Reddi
Sunucular "olduğu gibi" sunulur; kesintisiz erişim garanti edilmez (bakım, saldırı, teknik arıza). Veri kaybı veya oyun içi kayıplardan sorumluluk kabul edilmez.
Değişiklikler
Bu şartlar güncellenebilir; önemli değişiklikler Discord'dan duyurulur. Güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfadadır.
Scope of Service
Never Miss provides free-to-access, community-operated CS2 game servers. This is a fan/community service and is not affiliated with Valve Corporation. Counter-Strike 2 is a trademark of Valve Corporation.
Usage Rules
By using our servers you accept the server rules. Cheating, harassment, advertising and exploit abuse may result in a permanent ban. Staff reserve the right to restrict access to protect server order; ban appeals go through the "ban-appeal" channel on Discord and are reviewed within 48 hours.
VIP Packages and Refunds
- VIP packages support server costs and provide cosmetic and convenience perks only; they give no competitive advantage.
- VIP is assigned to your Steam account after payment and remains active for the monthly subscription period.
- If VIP cannot be activated due to a technical issue, contact us via the Discord support channel — we will fix it or refund the payment.
- Accounts banned for rule violations are not refunded for remaining VIP time.
Disclaimer
Servers are provided "as is"; uninterrupted access is not guaranteed (maintenance, attacks, technical failures). We accept no liability for data loss or in-game losses.
Changes
These terms may be updated; significant changes are announced on Discord. The current version always lives on this page.
