Kimiz?
Never Miss (nevermisscs.com), İstanbul merkezli bir Counter-Strike 2 (CS2) topluluk sunucusu ağıdır. Bu politika hem web sitemizi hem de oyun sunucularımızı kapsar. Sorularınız için Discord sunucumuzdan bize ulaşabilirsiniz.
Topladığımız Veriler
- Oyun sunucusunda: Steam ID'niz, oyun içi takma adınız, IP adresiniz ve bağlantı kayıtları (anti-cheat, ban yönetimi ve sunucu güvenliği için).
- Web sitesinde: Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager aracılığıyla anonimleştirilmiş kullanım istatistikleri (sayfa görüntüleme, cihaz türü, ülke).
- Dil tespiti: Sitenin dilini otomatik seçmek için ülkeniz ipapi.co servisiyle tahmin edilir; bu istek IP adresinizi ilgili servise iletir, sitede saklanmaz.
- VIP satın alımlarında: Ödeme, ödeme sağlayıcısı (ör. Shopier) üzerinden gerçekleşir. Kart bilgileriniz bize hiçbir zaman ulaşmaz; bize yalnızca VIP tanımlamak için gereken Steam ID ve sipariş bilgisi iletilir.
Verileri Neden İşliyoruz?
Sunucuların güvenli ve adil çalışması (hile ve saldırı önleme), VIP ayrıcalıklarının hesabınıza tanımlanması, site deneyiminin iyileştirilmesi ve yasal yükümlülüklerin yerine getirilmesi için. Verilerinizi üçüncü taraflara satmayız ve reklam amacıyla paylaşmayız.
Saklama Süresi
Sunucu bağlantı kayıtları ve ban kayıtları, güvenlik amacıyla gerekli olduğu sürece tutulur. Analitik veriler Google'ın standart saklama sürelerine tabidir.
Haklarınız (KVKK / GDPR)
Verilerinize erişme, düzeltme ve silme talep etme hakkına sahipsiniz. Talepleriniz için Discord üzerinden yönetime yazmanız yeterlidir; 30 gün içinde yanıtlarız. Ban kayıtları gibi güvenlik için zorunlu veriler, meşru menfaat kapsamında silme talebinden istisna tutulabilir.
Çerezler
Sitede oturum tercihi (dil seçimi) ve Google Analytics/GTM çerezleri kullanılır. Tarayıcı ayarlarınızdan çerezleri engelleyebilirsiniz; site çerezsiz de çalışır.
Who We Are
Never Miss (nevermisscs.com) is an Istanbul-based Counter-Strike 2 (CS2) community server network. This policy covers both our website and our game servers. For any questions, reach us on Discord.
Data We Collect
- On game servers: your Steam ID, in-game nickname, IP address and connection logs (for anti-cheat, ban management and server security).
- On the website: anonymized usage statistics via Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager (page views, device type, country).
- Language detection: your country is estimated via the ipapi.co service to auto-select the site language; this request passes your IP to that service and is not stored by us.
- VIP purchases: payment is processed by the payment provider (e.g. Shopier). Your card details never reach us; we only receive the Steam ID and order info needed to activate VIP.
Why We Process Data
To keep the servers secure and fair (cheat and attack prevention), to assign VIP perks to your account, to improve the site experience, and to meet legal obligations. We never sell your data or share it for advertising.
Retention
Server connection logs and ban records are kept as long as needed for security. Analytics data follows Google's standard retention periods.
Your Rights (GDPR / KVKK)
You have the right to access, correct and request deletion of your data. Contact the staff on Discord; we respond within 30 days. Data required for security (such as ban records) may be exempt from deletion under legitimate interest.
Cookies
The site uses a language-preference setting and Google Analytics/GTM cookies. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site works without them.
